surface fitness field trips are designed to provide educational opportunities focusing on teaching health and fitness to all school-aged children. We believe in sharing our resources, knowledge and expertise to improve our community by promoting lifelong healthy habits to our youth. Our field trips include an interactive fitness presentation exploring many different ways to exercise and the benefits of having healthy, strong muscles, bones, and heart and the positive effects of exercise. Our mission is to empower the youth of today and tomorrow by coaching them on the life-long benefits of staying physically fit, eating right and living a healthy lifestyle.
