surface camps provide a foundation for fitness and exercise by improving cardiovascular fitness, coordination and flexibility while setting and achieving goals to enhance performance, confidence, & happiness.

These 5 days provide challenge, support and excitement. Children learn the joy and satisfaction of being physically active and part of a group regardless of their personal strengths or limitations. Each day your child is developing strength, balance, coordination, endurance and flexibility. This camp will pave the way for a lifetime of positive exercise experiences and have your child engaged in physical fitness, developing lifelong skills, building self confidence and burning calories.

Camps include fun workouts, learning exercise skills, nutrition education, goal setting & other health and fitness games and activities!
Ages 6-12
We will also be learning and making healthy snacks!
Water bottle and Sports bag included!
